Founders who hit a ceiling. More noise won't break through. Digging deep, moving sharp will.

You've already done the hard part.

What you create, people feel.
The reach should match the depth.

Who this is for

You have the heart and the craft. You've built something people genuinely value. But the business still runs on your presence - your relationships, your instinct in the room, your ability to read every situation personally.

That works until it doesn't. At some point the ceiling appears. Not a crisis - something quieter. A sense that what you've built deserves more traction than it's getting. That the gap between what you've built and how far it travels is costing you in ways that are hard to name.

You've built the product. You've earned the relationships. Now comes the work that separates the ones who break through from the rest - finding the strategic thread that's unique to your business. Not generic marketing. Your marketing truth. The alchemy that, once found, weaves through every decision and lifts the whole thing.

That's exactly the work we do.

Not for businesses still finding their feet. For founders who know what they've built - and are ready for the reach to match what they've made.

"Who is your product for - exactly?"

The problem was never effort. It was direction.

The way we work

The Unlocking

Dig in.

Not with a brief or a template - with genuine curiosity about this specific business. Your product, your people, your market, your story. We build the full picture from the inside out.

Zoom out.

The eagle view - your business, your market, your audience, the gap between where you are and where you could be. Seen whole, from above, with nothing hidden. And when something matters, the eye zooms sharp. The altitude doesn't soften the detail. It makes the detail more precise.

Uncover the alchemy.

The Unlocking reveals the alchemy - the marketing truth that separates this business from the rest and breaks through the ceiling.

You don't manufacture alchemy. You uncover it. That's what The Unlocking is for.

The Making

We don't hand you a map and wish you well. We get to work.

The work.

The work looks different for every business - because every Unlocking reveals something different. It might be in how you show up visually. How your story is told. How your audience finds you and what they feel when they do. How your product is packaged, presented, placed.

Together.

We don't disappear and come back with answers. You stay in the conversation - your knowledge, your instinct, your voice are part of the work. We bring the outside view and the system. You bring everything you know about what you've built.

Then we make it together.

Posting more was never going to break the ceiling.
This work puts you above it.

Start.
Where the work actually lives

The lever is rarely where you think it is.

Most businesses look for the answer in the obvious places - a new campaign, a better Instagram, more content. The gap is rarely there.

It might be in the way your packaging signals quality before a word is read. The way your team describes what you do. A single well-placed editorial piece, partnership, or event that puts you in front of exactly the right people at exactly the right moment.

We find that lever. Then we pull it - directly, deliberately, without scattering effort across things that don't matter.

The gap is almost never where you've been looking.

It's always been there.

"What does your business look like when you're not in the room?"

A few things people ask

Do you do social media and content?

Yes - but not the way most agencies do. We don't start with a content calendar and work backwards. We start with The Unlocking, find what's true about your business, and design content that executes that direction deliberately. Every piece has a reason for existing.

If you're looking for someone to fill your feed, this isn't it. If you're looking for someone to make your feed work - that's a different conversation.

Do we try to fix everything at once?

No. The Unlocking reveals the two or three moves that will do the most work for your business right now - and we focus everything there. No endless to-do list. No scattered effort across ten platforms. Just the right work, done well. Volume is not the point. Momentum is.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

The businesses we work with tend to share one thing - they've built something with genuine craft and character.

  • Specialty food and beverage
  • Equestrian and agricultural
  • Wellness and lifestyle
  • Hospitality and events
  • Creative industries
  • Education and community

The category matters less than the quality of what's been made. We work with consumer businesses, B2B, and not-for-profits - if what you've built deserves to be properly seen, we're probably the right fit.

Is WWS right for my business?

The right question isn't the size of your business today. It's the size of your ambition for it.

WWS is built for founders with a specific kind of goal on the horizon. Not vague growth - a concrete next level. Something like: ten new wholesale accounts. A second location. Breaking into a state-wide or national market. An online store that actually converts. A brand that attracts the right stockists, venues, or press without you having to explain yourself every time. A business that can grow beyond your personal reach.

If that's where you're headed, the investment looks completely different. It's not a marketing expense measured against last month's revenue. It's infrastructure measured against where you're going.

Is social media always part of The Work?

No. It's often part of it - but The Unlocking determines what the work actually is. For some businesses the highest-leverage move is in how they show up visually. For others it's a wholesale strategy, a packaging signal, a single editorial presence, or a brand story that finally reflects what they've actually built.

Social media is a vehicle. We only use it when it's the right one for where you're going. If it is - it will be the most deliberate, directed social media presence you've ever had. If it isn't - we'll tell you that too.

Where do we start?

The door in is The Unlocking. Not a discovery call. Not a proposal. A real diagnostic that goes deep enough to find what's actually true - and builds the map that everything else follows.

Nothing beyond that is scoped until The Unlocking is complete. Not as a process requirement - because everything that follows needs to be aimed at the right thing.

Time for the first move. Tell us what you're trying to unlock. The Unlocking is complete in itself. If it doesn't produce clarity worth acting on, nothing further is committed.

How we begin

Rebekka trained as an engineer in Germany and worked inside Airbus on complex defence projects. She later built and sold her own product business before founding Wunderworks. She works the way an engineer and a founder would - with systems thinking, genuine curiosity, and skin in the game. This is not her first business. It's not her first ceiling either.

Every founder I've worked with has already done something worth believing in. Here's what I've learned from every one of them.

"They've built a fire - real product, real people around it, real warmth. Sometimes the answer is more people around the same fire. Sometimes it's to set the place on fire and build to the next level.

My job is to find which one is true - and build the map that gets them there. That's the work I can't stop doing."
